I'm seeking an entry-level HR or administrative role where I can support recruitment and onboarding, improve processes, apply Salesforce and Excel skills, and grow in benefits or finance-related functions within a collaborative team.

I am a Business Administration student with hands-on experience in human resources, administrative operations, and customer-facing roles.

I have supported full-cycle recruitment—posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews—to help hire 20+ interns and participated in process-improvement meetings. At Mutual of America, I transferred 100+ weekly PDF forms into Salesforce and managed client correspondence to accelerate withdrawal and hardship workflows.

I’ve also run a small fundraising business that raised funds for No Kid Hungry, interviewed 100+ program applicants, trained a Ukrainian student in English, and hold certifications in Excel, Word, and retirement-plan fundamentals.
