I seek a people-focused HR role where I can drive onboarding, engagement, and operational improvements while growing in talent acquisition and development.

I am a People & Culture professional with hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, strengthened by a Communications degree from the University of Minnesota with a 4.0 GPA.

My work spans HR generalist responsibilities, HR internship experience analyzing workforce data and developing training programs, plus sales and social media roles where I drove revenue and built customer relationships. I have demonstrated leadership through sorority governance, campus initiatives, and community tutoring.
