What I'm looking for

I seek HR roles where I can build succession and workforce planning expertise, contribute to employee engagement, and grow in a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

I am a Bachelor of Business Administration student concentrating in Human Resources at Georgia State University, actively applying HR coursework and hands-on internship experience to real organizational challenges. I currently lead development of organization-wide succession plans and support day-to-day HR operations at a nonprofit legal services organization.

My background includes internships in service operations and HR, assistant management experience in retail food service, and academic support roles that strengthened my communication, coordination, and organizational skills. I have used tools such as Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Canva, and been exposed to LegalServer for case management and workforce planning.

Outside of campus and work, I contribute to community and cultural leadership through event directing and youth mentorship, demonstrating consistent project coordination, volunteer management, and public-speaking coaching for large audiences.
