I’m looking to lead revenue operations for healthcare organizations where I can build scalable RCM processes, improve forecasting and revenue integrity, partner with payors, and drive measurable results through analytics, audit readiness, and team development.

I’m a Revenue Operations and Strategy professional with 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue, and strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, de novo growth strategy, financial forecasting, and change management. I build and refine operational procedures for scale while protecting revenue integrity through strong payor relations, contracting, and credentialing.

I’ve led revenue cycle leadership roles (Head of Revenue Cycle, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Revenue Officer) by building all revenue cycle processes, driving revenue optimization through data analytics, and implementing reliable forecasting and KPI/OKR reporting. I’ve increased revenue (including $1 million monthly) by improving clean billing, efficient collections SOPs, and audit readiness.

Across organizations, I’m known for rolling out RCM and strategy transformations—reducing denial/bad debt, shortening DSO, improving clean claim rate, and strengthening month-end closing and compliance.
