I’m a Revenue Operations and Strategy professional with 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue, and strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, de novo growth strategy, financial forecasting, and change management. I build and refine operational procedures for scale while protecting revenue integrity through strong payor relations, contracting, and credentialing.
I’ve led revenue cycle leadership roles (Head of Revenue Cycle, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Revenue Officer) by building all revenue cycle processes, driving revenue optimization through data analytics, and implementing reliable forecasting and KPI/OKR reporting.
