I’m looking for a leadership role where I can improve AR and denial performance using payer analytics and workflow optimization, while mentoring teams and driving compliant, measurable results through executive-level reporting and KPI ownership.

I’m a Revenue Cycle Operations leader with 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare billing, collections, and operational leadership. I bring proven success managing multi-line business operations and teams of 70+ staff while driving improvements in collections, workflow efficiency, denial resolution, and client satisfaction.

I’m known as a strong analytical problem solver, with expertise in payer behavior analysis, AR management, and operational reporting.
