I'm looking to lead enterprise healthcare application implementations, system governance, integrations, and workflow improvements where I can translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions.

At Delegate Healthcare Solutions, I guide multi-hospital implementations from requirements discovery through configuration, testing, go-live, and stabilization. I translate operational needs into scalable Delegate workflows, support HL7 testing, and created the standard project-plan template for Patient Meal Ordering implementations.

Previously at Select Medical and Huntsville Hospital, I owned business-critical food and nutrition systems across 50+ hospitals and led CBORD deployment across three facilities. I've delivered hospital go-lives, strengthened data governance, improved contract compliance and rebates, and turned paper-based operations into digital clinical and operational workflows.
