What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise platform strategy, governance, modernization, and cross-functional delivery where I can connect business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to create scalable, well-adopted outcomes.

I've led enterprise platform modernization and IT governance at Performance Food Group, a $63B Fortune 100 enterprise, and most recently at CGC. I turn ambiguous, multi-vendor technology programs into governed, adoptable services.

At Performance Food Group, I directed Sitecore modernization from 9.3 to 10.3, established Power Platform governance, launched enterprise portals, and led data warehouse integration across Foodstar, Gemini, and DPOD. I also supported M&A integration readiness, enterprise architecture, SSO, SharePoint, and a $1.5M web and intranet modernization program serving more than 70 operating companies.

At CGC, I built an enterprise IT change-management framework from scratch, administered Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, coordinated Salesforce, NetSuite, Banyan, and Power BI workstreams, and brought Jira service delivery in-house. I enjoy connecting technical teams, business leaders, vendors, and governance practices to deliver durable outcomes.
