At Guidehouse, I led and managed a public sector enterprise EHR deployment from kickoff through design and build, with a contract value in excess of $60M. I managed a multidisciplinary team of internal and subcontractor resources and oversaw budget reviews and contractual commitments.
At e4health, I served as senior client executive for a 12-hospital health system, overseeing delivery, budgets, contracts, vendors, and teams. I developed a resource planning tool adopted by IT Vice Presidents for enterprise portfolio analysis, and authored templates for governance, RAID tracking, go/no-go decisions, and go-live reporting.
I redesigned and led an executive steering committee for a struggling enterprise program, helping stakeholders focus on decisions, risk resolution, and organizational alignment. I also expanded the firm’s account presence to an 8-person team and generated $8M in revenue over two years.
Across services delivery and healthcare technology work, I’ve managed post-go-live client activities, enterprise implementations, and consulting teams. I’m PMP-certified, with experience in pricing, budget management, capacity planning, and executive client governance.
