At Roche Diagnostics, I led the design and implementation of three enterprise workflow platforms supporting product lifecycle management, global labeling, localization, and product change management. I also established information architecture, relational data structures, and governance models to standardize processes and improve data consistency.
Across Roche Information Solutions and Roche U.S. Medical & Scientific Affairs, I led business systems analysis and implementation for platforms and workflows supporting digital health, innovation lifecycle management, clinical studies, and technical publications. Earlier, at ISA, ICMC, ICGA, I developed data collection frameworks, reporting systems, and executive dashboards, and I built Indiana’s Certified Recovery Specialist workforce program.
