At Crash Champions Collision Repair, I manage the full lifecycle of the STEP Technician Apprenticeship Program across 200 teams in 23 states. I recovered missing contracts, tool kits, and uniform kits, and developed Smartsheet and Power BI reporting to track program KPIs and support decisions.
At the U.S. Department of Labor – Office of Job Corps, Region 5, I provided regional program oversight across 16 centers in 8 states. I aligned property reporting practices with national standards and managed student disciplinary appeals from intake through determination letters.
At City Colleges of Chicago – District Headquarter, I coordinated apprenticeship initiatives across 7 campuses and designed webinars and information sessions to improve visibility and student access. Earlier, at Westside American Job Center (WIOA), I managed the participant lifecycle for youth programming and strengthened job-readiness supports.
