At Center for Community Alternatives, I served as the founding operational leader for the NextGen Reentry Program. I developed and implemented its operational systems and processes from initial planning through launch and ongoing optimization.
I designed the program’s governance framework, including workflows, reporting structures, SOPs, and performance monitoring. I also managed a $2 million operating budget and developed dashboards and metrics to support leadership decisions.
As SONYC Program Director and Youth Program Coordinator, I coordinated initiatives across government agencies, schools, community organizations, and internal teams. I supported project execution, reporting, and process improvements across these roles.
