I'm looking to lead digital lending and fintech programs where I can improve customer journeys, build lender integrations, solve conversion bottlenecks, and deliver measurable growth across cross-functional teams.

I manage HelloTrade's pre-approved business loan program for IndiaMart's 8M+ MSME seller base, owning lender partnerships, digital journeys, calling operations, and full-funnel performance.

Previously at Paisabazaar, I scaled monthly unsecured business-loan disbursals from ₹30 Cr to ₹120 Cr through digital pipelines, API integrations, credit-engine policy design, and onboarding across 12+ lenders. I also improved Visits-to-Leads conversion by 45% through a streamlined two-step application flow.

I enjoy finding the real cause behind funnel drop-offs and turning it into practical delivery across technology, operations, and lending partners. My work spans Account Aggregator, credit underwriting, bureau and GST data, KYC, CRM operations, and lender integration design.
