I've built and scaled lending products across Signzy, Dvara Money, and Capzest, spanning acquisition, underwriting, activation, repayment, retention, and risk. My work has supported 100K+ borrowers, $5M in disbursals, and underwriting funnels for 15 banks and NBFCs.

At Signzy, I lead the Underwriting Data Platform, scaling it from zero to 5M+ monthly API calls and 27% of flagship ARR. I’ve improved Account Aggregator data fill to about 75%, scaled AA Switch to 1M+ calls per month, and reduced GST data-fetch P95 latency from 90 seconds to 20 seconds.

At Dvara Money, I led lending from launch through v2.4 as the lone PM, working across product, risk, collections, data, and operations. I grew the platform to 100K+ borrowers, reduced 90+ DPD from 7.1% to 3.2%, expanded the credit line from INR 1 Cr to INR 30 Cr, and built repeat-loan flows that reached 40% of the portfolio.

As Capzest co-founder and Product Head, I built a salary-linked credit platform to 22.5K borrowers across six cities. I found product-market fit through employer integrations, created an INR 0 CAC channel, and used weekly repayment cohorts to reduce defaults from 37% to 5.6%.
