I’m looking for a responsible role where I can apply my fraud and risk skills, protect customers, and improve processes. I want a team where I can keep learning, grow with the organization, and contribute measurable results.

I’m a Fraud And Risk Management Specialist who combines investigative thinking with process improvement to reduce risk and financial losses. I actively analyze fraud patterns and trends, then take targeted action to prevent suspicious activity.

In my role at Netscribes Data & Insights Private Limited (May 2024 - May 2025), I investigated suspicious orders and supported returns management optimization to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. I focus on proactive mitigation by spotting patterns early and acting quickly.

Alongside risk work, I’ve built strong customer-facing skills as a Customer Service Executive at Reliance PPM Services Ltd (November 2025 - Present). I handle inbound calls, resolve telecom service queries, assist customers with recharge and network issues, and maintain professional call documentation.

I also bring a technical foundation from my B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (2023) and earlier Diploma in Computer Science and Technology. My projects—like a Product Management System using Hibernate (Core Java, SQL), a Restaurant Website (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Image Encryption/Decryption (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)—keep me hands-on and detail-oriented in problem solving.
