I'm looking for opportunities to use data-driven insights, fraud detection, and risk analysis to strengthen trust, safety, compliance, and online payments security.

At Amazon, I analyze high-volume global transactions to detect fraud, mitigate financial losses, and strengthen platform trust. I investigate account takeovers, sanitize compromised accounts, and help protect customers’ sensitive data.

I partner with investigation, engineering, operations, product, and compliance teams to refine fraud prevention workflows and support safer online payments. Previously, I provided technical support for Amazon devices, Prime services, and recurring operational issues.

I use Python, SQL, R, and data analysis to identify patterns, model risk, and improve processes. My MCA project, a gesture-to-speech conversion system, applied data processing and pattern recognition to support speech-impaired users.
