I've strengthened operational discipline through SOPs, audits, budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and internal controls designed to reduce theft, wastage, and financial leakage. I also handle VIP guests and escalated complaints while driving retention and service improvements.

Previously, I supervised restaurant operations at Lagos Oriental Hotel and managed high-volume floor service at Ocean Basket, leading front-of-house teams and coordinating kitchen, bar, and service delivery.

My foundation in food and beverage management at The Hardley Apartments includes restaurant, bar, kitchen, banquet, inventory, and VIP dining operations. I bring a practical focus on guest recovery, team leadership, accountability, sales growth, and efficient hospitality operations.
