What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused hospitality role where I can lead teams, improve operations, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth in a collaborative culture.

I am a dedicated hospitality professional with six years' experience in management, leading front-desk and operational teams to improve guest satisfaction, streamline processes and raise revenue. I have a BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a track record of implementing quality control, staff training and data-driven operational improvements.

In my roles as Front Desk Manager and Operational Manager I led hiring and onboarding, conducted performance reviews, managed inventory and facilities, and directed change initiatives to strengthen culture and profitability. I am passionate about customer service, continuous improvement and delivering memorable guest experiences.
