What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in customer experience and banking support while also contributing to AI and data-related projects. I want a role that values accuracy, security, strong communication, and continuous learning with clear expectations.

I’m a Customer Service Officer at Dashen Bank S.C., delivering high-quality phone and in-person customer support while handling daily banking transactions. I use CRM systems and internal banking tools for accurate data entry and secure record keeping, and I maintain and update client records. I also promote banking products and services while following remote operations guidelines and strict security protocols.

Before banking, I worked as a Junior Material Engineer at ELDA consulting Engineers plc, applying engineering tools like InRoads, CAD, and AutoCAD to support technical work. With a BSc in Civil Engineering, I bring a structured, accuracy-first mindset to the way I solve problems and handle detail-heavy tasks.

Alongside my banking role, I’m also eager to contribute to AI and data-related projects through my part-time work with CrowdGen. I support AI training with data annotation, internet research, data entry, transcription, content evaluation, and quality assurance, using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to stay organized and meet deadlines. I’m a quick learner who adapts to new tools and consistently produces dependable, high-quality results.
