What I'm looking for
I’m a Junior Customer Service Officer at the Bank of Abyssinia, bringing a degree in Marketing Management from St. Mary’s University and a strong interest in sustainability and innovation. I’m motivated to pursue an MSc in Circular Economy through the Invest Your Talent in Italy program to help drive more circular, resource-efficient business solutions.
Before banking, I worked as a Digital Marketer at Relief Trading, where I managed social media marketing end to end—monitoring trends, designing strategies, and reviewing content. I also supported monitoring and evaluation through data collection and information gathering, while building positive business and customer relationships.
