I seek a hospitality or operations role where I can lead a small team, improve guest experience, maintain high hygiene standards, and grow into greater managerial responsibility.

I am an Assistant Manager with hands-on experience in fast-paced hospitality and food service environments, committed to excellent guest service and operational efficiency.

I have worked with Domino’s Pizza as an Assistant Manager and held guest service roles at ibis Styles Mysore and Hyatt Hotels, gaining strengths in customer service, hygiene, store handling, and problem solving.

I completed a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with industrial training at a Hyatt hotel in Goa, which reinforced my skills in guest handling, communication, and quality control.

I lead teams (currently responsible for a team of 8), manage rosters, and apply strong time-management and Microsoft Office skills to support daily operations and continuous improvement.
