I’m looking for a role where I can blend customer success, sales, and technical support—solving real problems, improving onboarding, and using my communication strengths to drive retention and growth.

I’m a customer-facing Sales & Tech Support Specialist who brings a strong mix of lead generation, sales, and hands-on technical support. In my recent role at Asurion, I delivered and set up replacement devices, guided customers through the insurance process, and handled troubleshooting for connectivity, software, and basic hardware.

Across Sunrun and Solar Sesame, I generated and qualified leads while strengthening conversions through digital channels and data insights. I also founded and operated Wifi Wireless and Head2Toe, managing daily business operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and profitability with an emphasis on service excellence.
