At Netrocket Company, I managed delivery of up to 12 concurrent digital projects for US home-services clients. On a key HVAC account, I reduced cost-per-lead from $250 to $115 through campaign optimization, audience refinement, and bid adjustments.

I also sustained 450 leads per month on a top-performing Local Services Ads account and coordinated PPC, SEO, design, and development specialists. I tracked campaign KPIs and reported performance to clients and stakeholders.

Earlier, I managed donor reporting and project operations at League of the Strong NGO and Ukrainian Leadership Academy, including 25 round tables, two mentoring schools, and the Night at the Museum event.
