I’m looking for an HR role where I can partner with leaders, own the employee life cycle end to end, and use tools like Personio to keep data accurate—while collaborating across teams with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

I’m a Senior HR Consultant acting as a Business Partner for Leads and Heads, advising on HR topics and owning the full employee life cycle—from onboarding and relocation to benefits, leaves, salary review, talent development, organizational changes, and exit talks. I’m hands-on, quick to learn, and proactive about turning HR needs into clear, practical solutions.

Across my background in recruiting and HR administration, I’ve focused on an exceptional candidate experience and end-to-end recruiting support, while keeping HR data accurate in tools like Personio and internal payroll systems.
