What I'm looking for
I am an HR Business Partner with a foundation in HR administration, payroll and budgeting, now operating holistically across Talent Acquisition, People Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Wellbeing. I combine hands-on HRIS and payroll experience with strategic HR analytics to support decision-making and optimize human capital.
At ACUS S.p.A I manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology & Product teams, lead performance and development initiatives, oversee corporate welfare and wellbeing programs, and contributed to OKR implementation. I also monitor personnel costs, produce monthly budget updates, and drive process improvements using tools like Factorial and Power BI.
I am pursuing an Executive Master in Human Resources Management to deepen my strategic HR capabilities and seek a role where I can leverage 360° HR expertise, active listening, and continuous learning to foster employee growth and measurable organizational impact.
