Sofia Rodopoulou

I am a Psychology graduate from the University of East London with hands-on retail and customer-facing experience across shopping centers, floristry, and fashion retail. I have a strong track record of improving customer experience, supporting sales, managing inventory and point-of-sale operations, and creating positive brand impressions through promotional activities.

I combine academic grounding in psychology with practical training in online CBT, child and adolescent mental health topics, and first aid, complemented by volunteer experience supporting children and families.
