What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-first organization where I can coach and develop talent—supporting onboarding, growth, and psychological safety—while partnering with teams and clients to deliver measurable impact.

I’m a People & Culture professional with 5+ years of experience in talent development, onboarding, mentoring, and B2B client management. I’m currently completing an ICF Level 2 coaching certification, bringing core competencies in active listening, trust-building, psychological safety, and facilitating growth.

In my most recent role as a Senior Sales Executive & Team Trainer at DHL Express, I mentored and onboarded new hires through structured training materials and hands-on coaching. I managed a portfolio of 400 SME clients (€2.5M annual revenue), owning the full sales cycle with pipeline management and CRM-driven forecasting through a consultative, people-first approach.

I combine data and empathy to drive results: I conducted portfolio analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI to identify upsell opportunities, retention strategies, and performance improvements. I also supported SME clients with tailored guidance using active listening to uncover their actual needs.

I’ve been trusted as an Elected Union Representative, facilitating communication between employees and management while mediating conflict to advocate for a constructive work environment. Beyond corporate roles, I co-founded and volunteered on community initiatives—because “not because I had to.
