I’m an operations-focused Systems Builder & Automation Specialist with 3+ years of experience managing remote administrative and automation work across two concurrent client organizations in the United States. I specialize in building the infrastructure—CRM setup, workflow automation, intake systems, onboarding, and AI tools—that keeps distributed teams running without constant oversight.

In my current role as Company Administrator / Executive VA at iXL Real Estate LLC, I built end-to-end agent onboarding automation using Jotform and Make, administered Go High Level (GHL) CRM (including A2P/SMS compliance via Twilio), and designed reusable event automation systems in GHL. I also developed an AI chatbot (Resona) using the OpenAI API, Make, and Chatbase, plus a second internal tool (HarmonIQ) for clinical note summarization.

Previously, I served as Operations Manager & Systems Builder for STACS, where I audited and rebuilt Jotform intake workflows and created a billing tracker from TherapyNotes CSV exports. Before that, I managed daily store operations for 8+ years in the Philippines and supported global customers at Thomson Reuters, bringing a strong operational discipline into everything I automate.
