My automation projects include routing Jotform submissions through an AI agent into Airtable, creating an AI chat agent with memory, automating CRM CRUD workflows, and triggering lead follow-up actions through Zapier. I've also connected Google Drive with Asana, processed Xero data into structured CSV exports, and built a Gmail attachment sorter using Make.com.

Before moving into freelance automation, I spent 13 years in BPO operations and workforce management at Concentrix and Tech Mahindra. I monitored real-time performance, analyzed staffing and queue conditions, built workforce reports, and led teams against KPI and SLA targets.

I bring an operations-first perspective to automation: identifying repetitive processes, applying practical workflow logic, and building systems that help teams respond faster and work more efficiently.
