I'm an Operations & CRM Specialist with experience supporting U.S.-based businesses in administrative operations, campaign management, research, lead generation, and CRM administration. Throughout my freelancing career, I've worked with cross-functional teams, helping streamline workflows, maintain organized systems, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

In my current role as an Admin VA and Assistant Campaign Manager for a music marketing company, I create pre-call briefs, manage campaign operations, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and support the successful execution of marketing campaigns. This role has strengthened my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

I also have several years of experience in research and administrative support, where I conducted executive and company research, lead generation, data verification, and documentation. My background includes working with tools such as GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Trello, Calendly, Klaviyo, and AI tools like ChatGPT to improve productivity and support daily operations.

I'm passionate about backend operations, CRM systems, process improvement, and creating organized workflows that help businesses scale efficiently. I enjoy learning new software, following detailed SOPs, and solving operational challenges with accuracy and consistency.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing volleyball, spending time with my family, and taking care of our dogs. I value continuous learning, clear communication, and being a dependable team member who can be trusted to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results.
