I’m an Operations and People Management professional with 3+ years leading management areas in tech and public-sector environments. I’ve headed cross-functional teams (up to 28 people), owned the full hiring-to-offboarding cycle, and built KPI and performance frameworks that turn data into strategic decisions. I combine a statistics and social-science foundation with hands-on leadership focused on standardizing processes, running cross-department meetings, and strengthening stakeholder reporting.

Most recently, as Head of Management Area at a software company, I led project management and performance monitoring for 3 teams across 10 concurrent projects. I designed and implemented KPI systems to track execution, resource allocation, and SLA compliance, reducing high-priority resolution time from 3 days to 1 day, while standardizing 15+ internal procedures. Earlier, as a Statistical Advisor at INDEC, I supported national-level statistical projects by analyzing large datasets, contributing to database structures (REDATAM), and coordinating statistical dissemination with internal and external stakeholders.
