I run end-to-end bid management at YCP, from initial documentation through final submission. I coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Solution Consultants, and I also own running review meetings with stakeholders.

I prepare proposal documents and deliverables according to bid instructions, send client clarifications/questions, and support RFx work by attending workshops and demos. I maintain a pipeline of current bids and build repeatable Word/PPT templates for different bid categories like digitalization and sales process.

Before YCP, I worked at YCP as a Proposal Coordinator on the first pass of customer documents in MS Office RFx. I coordinated internal and external SMEs for SAP S4 HANA SD-MM and managed kick-off and check-in calls to keep projects moving.

At Infosys, I supported System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) by developing and reviewing test scripts with business users and the technology team. I also created flow diagrams and supported CRM implementation with configuration and customization, while working closely with cross-functional teams and developers.
