Previously at HCL, I interviewed technical SMEs across approximately 30 pursuits and owned five end to end. I drove Microsoft Copilot adoption in RFI/RFP drafting, cutting first-draft cycle time by approximately 50%.
At Cognizant, I submitted approximately 30 RFPs for the AI & Analytics practice and worked with Solution Architects on technical feasibility. I also engineered a RAG-powered mutual fund FAQ chatbot that grounds responses in verified data with mandatory source citations.
