What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a presales role where I can own ERP bid submissions end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve win rates through strong RFP/RFI analysis, pricing strategy, and client-focused proposal collateral.

I’m a result-oriented presales operations associate with 3+ years in the IT industry, specializing in ERP solutions and end-to-end proposal management. I focus on building client-focused, high-quality submissions that strengthen win rates.

In my current role, I manage end-to-end proposal development for domestic and international clients, from analyzing RFPs/RFIs to coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, solution architecture, technical, finance, and legal. I’ve led tender submissions and closures worth $1.4 million across APAC and KSA regions, using ERP domain knowledge to craft precise, customized value propositions.

I also drive proposal strategy through client and market research, identify relevant government tenders through online portals, and coordinate with external vendors and OEMs to secure the right inputs and documentation. Alongside CRM record maintenance, sales pipeline reporting, and reusable template-building, I earned a Best Performer Award (2023-24).
