I am a dedicated customer service representative with extensive experience handling inbound and outbound support for major providers such as Vodafone and TATA Play.
Since 2016 I have worked across Vodafone customer care (inbound and outbound), SBI telecalling and logistic scanning processes, and currently support VGM operations, developing strong call-handling and process-adherence skills.
I am hardworking, driven, and passionate about delivering results; my mantra is "Never Give Up." I bring clear communication, problem-solving and bilingual abilities in Hindi and Bengali to every role.
