I am an HR Executive experienced in end-to-end recruitment support, from designing job descriptions to coordinating interviews and issuing offer/appointment/internship documentation. I actively manage employer accounts and drive hiring workflows through job portals while ensuring accurate candidate data.

I have conducted 300+ screening calls to collect complete candidate details for evaluation, and I maintain a Candidate Tracking System (CTS) to keep recruitment information accurate and efficient. I also support employee onboarding, induction programs, orientations on HR policies and company culture, and employee engagement activities.

I’m especially focused on process quality and compliance—maintaining employee records and statutory compliance registers (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Health Insurance), and tracking attendance, leave, WFH registers, overtime logs, and monthly timesheets. I collaborate with third-party payroll service providers for salary processing and handle employee exits including exit interviews, full & final settlements, and relieving/experience letters.
