I drive EU new product launches at Cipla by turning market and portfolio insights into clear execution. I conduct portfolio market analyses using NPV and strategic alignment, project-manage regulatory filings and MA approvals, and orchestrate Day-1 launch execution for ~$5Mn portfolios.
