I’m a motivated Commerce graduate building my corporate career with 4 years of practical experience in banking and financial services through IDFC First Bank. I focus on turning strong relationships into measurable outcomes, while keeping processes accurate, compliant, and customer-ready.

In my Channel Manager role, I managed relationships with retailers, dealers, and DSAs to drive consumer durable loan business. I processed and verified loan applications, coordinated with internal credit and operations teams for timely approvals and disbursements, and consistently worked toward monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.

I also onboarded new channel partners through regular market visits and business development activities, while handling customer inquiries with professionalism around eligibility, documentation, and processing. By maintaining detailed loan pipeline and disbursement records and providing product and process training to channel partners, I helped improve conversion rates and ensured compliance with bank credit policies.
