What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-focused role where I can drive lead generation and home-loan processing end-to-end, partner with DSAs and internal teams, meet conversion targets, and maintain accuracy and compliance with a strong, collaborative environment.

I’m a detail-oriented banking and financial services professional with 3.5 years of experience in branch banking. I focus on customer service excellence, accurate account handling, and strong integrity while following RBI & bank compliance guidelines.

Across roles at ICICI Bank and multiple lending and financial organizations, I’ve served as a primary point of contact for home banking and branch customers and worked closely with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth disbursement. I assisted over 100 customers with home loan applications by explaining products, assessing eligibility, and verifying KYC, income proof, property papers, and credit history, and later managed the post-sanction process and file movement through DSA channels with over 10 active DSAs, while also achieving monthly targets. I’m now applying the same customer-first approach in business development for life insurance—generating leads through calls, referrals, and meetings, maintaining policy documentation, and helping customers select suitable policies based on their financial needs.
