What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer-centric digital lending or fintech products where I can own strategy, discovery, backlog prioritization, Agile delivery, and AI-enabled quality across cross-functional teams.

At FICO, I own end-to-end digital lending releases for Bank of Bangkok across Lead Referral, DSA, Co-Lending, and Own Portfolio Lending. I translate business objectives into prioritized backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint outcomes, and release-ready product delivery.

I bring product ownership together with hands-on quality engineering across LOS, LMS, credit decisioning, KYC/e-KYC, Account Aggregator, banking APIs, UPI, NACH, settlement, reconciliation, and escrow. I automated 200+ UI and DM scenarios, increased automation coverage from 40% to 80%, reduced execution time by 35%, and achieved 99% API response accuracy.

I enjoy turning customer and banking workflow pain points into measurable product improvements, using discovery, stakeholder interviews, journey analysis, Figma/Miro workflows, analytics, and AI-assisted testing. I’ve also mentored eight QA engineers and earned FICO SPOT Awards in 2023, 2024, and 2025 for delivery, automation leadership, and AI testing innovation.
