I’m a Customer Service Representative who also brings hands-on technical experience from working as an Assistant Cable and Internet Technician and Technical Service Representative. I’m outgoing, focused, and able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
In my technician roles, I assisted in running cable lines, installation of cable and internet, setting up installation equipment, and fixing internet connections. I also installed, maintained, and repaired fiber optic cable, and installed various cable and internet structures and systems.
In customer-facing roles, I assist customers with queries and technical issues related to Cable, Internet & Satellite TV, and I support customers regarding inquiries or concerns about company products and services. I also help patients schedule appointments to see primary care providers and assist with scheduling Uber rides.
