At OOO U-CHEMICALS, I manage commercial operations and the marketing team, including promotion strategy, budgets, sales forecasting, and market analytics. I launched private-label cosmetics, completed an M&A of a perfume brand, and implemented CRM.

At Beauty Salon Ostrov Krasoty Simada, I managed online and offline lead generation and introduced Sonline, Roistat, and IP telephony; new clients increased by 40% and churn decreased by 35%. I’ve also built sales channels on major marketplaces and developed PolkaApp, a Windows application for Wildberries and Ozon pickup point operators.

As the sole developer, I created Polka, an automation product that prints labels for Wildberries and Ozon, including a desktop app for WB and a browser script for Ozon. I designed and built the product website from scratch with a responsive UI, product switcher, SEO metadata, Open Graph, structured data, and a cookie consent banner compliant with Russian privacy law. I implemented an end-to-end lead capture pipeline that sends form submissions directly to Telegram via a PHP backend, cutting response time from hours to seconds. I integrated Yandex Metrika & Google Analytics with custom conversion goals to track product switching, form clicks, and successful submissions, enabling data-driven funnel optimization. The solution eliminates duplicate prints and speeds up label processing by 3–5x, while licensing, auto-recovery, and a 24/7 operation model ensure reliable performance for pickup points and sellers.
