At Lentra.ai, I lead growth, data, and AI initiatives for B2B2C lending products used by India’s largest banks and NBFCs. I own the AI-LOS roadmap across core lending journeys, from discovery and prioritisation through launch and adoption.

I scaled OD disbursals 33x—from INR 15 Cr to INR 500+ Cr per month—by redesigning MSME and SME lending journeys and shifting to assisted onboarding after 150+ field immersions. I also aligned bank relationship managers, credit, and compliance teams around phased rollout and adoption.

I’ve shipped AI-OCR document extraction that cut LAP data-entry turnaround time by 90%, and built an AI-powered first-pass-accuracy module that reduced application processing time from 25 days to 7 days. I also launched lead scoring for MSME quality, an RM and sourcing-channel tracking product generating INR 3.2 Cr in eight months, and real-time analytics dashboards generating INR 3.27 Cr in six months.

Earlier, I founded Brikshalaya, a B2C indoor-plant startup, generating INR 1.5L in revenue and INR 1.2L in profit through product development, direct sales, and a local vendor supply chain.
