What I'm looking for
I’m a results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with over seven years of experience recruiting across a broad range of industries. I lead effective strategies that strengthen recruitment and retention by partnering closely with hiring teams and building new recruitment pipelines from the ground up.
In my most recent role (06/2023–present), I coordinate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment initiatives for sales, IT, service technicians, and field leadership. I also enhance employer brand positioning through strategic marketing and outreach, then track and report key talent acquisition and retention metrics to senior leadership to keep hiring improving.
