I’m looking to apply my problem-solving, analytical, and technical expertise in production support, driving continuous improvement and building successful client-focused solutions.

At ASTRAN TECH SOLUTIONS, I provide application maintenance and production support for HSBC’s Customer Onboarding & KYC Management applications. I supported the Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migration through data validation, source-to-target reconciliation, and post-migration troubleshooting.

Previously, I supported Best Buy’s Product Pricing & Promotion Engine, investigating pricing discrepancies, batch failures, and data inconsistencies. I use SQL, UNIX/Linux, and shell scripting for production troubleshooting, and monitor application environments on AWS.
