What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an application or production support role where I can resolve critical incidents, optimize SQL and data workflows, and contribute to reliable banking, HRMS, or enterprise systems.

I'm currently supporting HSBC core banking systems at Vindalo Softech, delivering L2 production support, 24/7 monitoring, P1/P2 incident handling, and SLA-focused stakeholder communication.

I optimize Oracle SQL for high-volume financial reporting and manage database objects including tables, views, indexes, sequences, materialized views, and partitions. I've also validated ETL pipelines and led data migration testing across Oracle SQL and Amazon RDS, with a focus on data integrity, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.

Previously at Kovaion Consulting, I supported PeopleSoft HRMS integrations for Karur Vysya Bank and system integrations for Canara Bank. I worked on requirements documentation, SQL validation, REST API testing, SIT/UAT coordination, and production issue analysis.

I began in healthcare data engineering at Manuh Solutions, extracting and migrating Cerner clinical data while applying HIPAA-focused data masking and secure SQL extraction practices.
