I’m an HR professional with 3+ years of experience across HR operations, employee services, and statutory compliance across an MNC and a lean multi-geography startup. I own the full HR query and escalation lifecycle—from first-level resolution to routing and closure—while maintaining consistent accuracy and timeliness.

In my current role as Sole HR authority, I manage end-to-end HR operations for a 50-person multi-geography organization, including Keka HRMS implementation (configured essential modules, vendor coordination, and organization-wide adoption in 2.5 months). I drive EPF, ESI, and Kerala LWF compliance from the ground up by liaising with authorities, opening accounts, and structuring salary revisions.

Previously, I progressed from Night Shift HR Executive to HR SPOC at a 1,700+ employee organization, serving as the primary HR point of contact across departments and the Trivandrum location. I built HR reporting and analytics in Excel (attendance tracking, WFH exceptions, deductions), managed grievance redressal and HR communications, supported employee sentiment via surveys/pulse checks, and led end-to-end recruitment and onboarding with SLA-driven service delivery.
