I support onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and separations, along with performance management activities such as probation reviews and appraisal cycles. I also managed onboarding and documentation for 2,000+ employees.
I maintain employee records and system updates for audit readiness, and support labor law and POSH compliance activities. I also contribute to HR policy execution and process improvements.
