I am an HR professional with over nine years of experience across HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, HRMS administration, and employee engagement. I have managed end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire and partnered with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

At Nu10 Technologies, I led HR operations and HRMS (KEKA) administration while designing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines. I helped scale the organization from startup to 180+ employees within 1.5 years through recruiting, onboarding, and process improvements.

Previously, in roles at Stewols India Pvt. Ltd and DD Solutions, I managed payroll coordination, grievance handling, HR audits, compliance, and administrative operations, serving as a primary HR point of contact for leadership and employees. I also ran employee engagement and cultural initiatives and coordinated vendors and MIS reporting.

I hold an MBA in HR and a B.Com, and I am committed to building scalable HR processes, improving employee experience, and delivering measurable HR outcomes that support fast-growing organizations.
