What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use my hospitality and business software experience to deliver excellent service, support smooth operations, and grow with a team that values quality and accountability.

I bring excellent customer service experience, with a proven commitment to delivering consistent service quality across fast-paced environments. I’m known for multi-tasking capability and staying calm and helpful when priorities shift.

I’m proud to have been named “Employee of the year” at Novotel Wembley in 2019. That recognition reflects how I combine people-first service with reliable follow-through and attention to detail.

Alongside customer support, I’ve built hands-on familiarity with a range of operational and administrative systems, including Opera PMS, Superfacts (Trailfinders), and Meddbase (Practice System). I’m also confident working with Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, Excel, and Teams.

I’m also trained in Microsoft Dynamics New Ireland Pension, and I’ve worked with accounting and business software such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Dynamics. I enjoy roles where I can improve processes, support customers and teams, and keep service standards “Software of Excellence.”
