With a background in Hospitality Industry Management and Botany, I bring a unique perspective to my work. During my time at Mae Fah Luang University, I obtained a B.B.A in Hospitality Industry Management, where I developed a deep understanding of the industry and honed my management skills.
In addition to my educational background, I have gained valuable work experience as a Guest Experience Expert at AYS, Sheraton Mall of the Emirates. In this role, I answered all incoming calls, connected them to the appropriate extension, and provided exceptional guest service. Furthermore, I have experience as a Telephone Operator at AYS (Intern) and as a Guest Service Agent at Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park, Bangkok and Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake, Yangon. In these roles, I assisted guests with check-in processes, provided hotel service information, and ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
